The Wagner Tuning BMW Z4 E89 sDrive 35i EVO3 Competition Intercooler Kit is Wagner Tuning's third-generation intercooler upgrade, designed for high-output applications where the factory unit and lower-tier aftermarket intercoolers are no longer adequate. At elevated power levels the intercooler becomes a critical restriction: heat-soaked charge air entering the engine reduces density and limits what the tune can safely deliver. The EVO3 addresses this with a significantly larger core, improved internal fin geometry, and end tank design optimized for even flow distribution.
