Choose Your Knob Material

Three knob finishes are available:

• Genuine Leather: Clean, supple, and refined. Holds up to daily use and pairs naturally with any factory Porsche interior.
• Alcantara: Grippy, tactile, and inherently sporty. The same suede-like material found across Porsche's GT car lineup. Best choice for a performance-first look.
• Carbon Fiber: Real woven carbon fiber construction. The most aggressive option, adding a mechanical, track-influenced look to the center console.

Choose Your Boot Material

The shift boot is independently selectable to match or contrast your knob:

• Genuine Leather: Sleek, durable, and pairs well with any knob option.
• Alcantara: Soft and grippy. Cohesive when paired with an Alcantara knob, or a deliberate contrast with carbon fiber.

Gear Indicator Color

The top face of the knob features a printed gear position display. Choose the lettering color that works with your interior: white, green, red, or yellow.

Note: Compatible with manual gearbox-equipped vehicles only. Not compatible with PDK-equipped cars. If you have a 2019 991 911, confirm fitment with us before ordering.

Installation Notes

Direct OEM-style replacement. No permanent modification required. Most owners complete this at home in under 30 minutes.

1. Shift the transmission into Neutral
2. Remove the shift boot trim surround from the center console
3. Unscrew or unclip the OEM shift knob from the gear lever shaft
4. Thread or press the replacement knob onto the shaft until fully seated
5. Secure the boot base to the center console trim and confirm even fitment around the perimeter
