The KW H.A.S. is a height adjustable spring kit, not a coilover system. It works with the factory dampers on both the M8 and M8 Competition. The adjustable spring perch lets you dial in your target ride height within the available lowering range after installation. Standard lowering springs give you no say in the final number. The H.A.S. gives you that control, and it does it while leaving your OEM damper system untouched.
