The Capristo 355 Tensioner Bearings are manufactured in house by Capristo Germany. A special extreme pressure grease with a very high knock out rating is used to ensure a superior bearing life to the available OEM model. Two (2) tensioner bearings are included in the set. This part is specific to the 355 model and fits both the 2.7 and 5.2 MoTronic engine variants. The tensioner bearing is a critical engine timing component on the Ferrari 355, and OEM units are known to wear prematurely due to heat and age. Capristo's in-house manufactured bearing uses premium extreme-pressure grease formulated for extended service life under high-temperature conditions. Replacing worn tensioner bearings prevents timing belt failure and protects the engine from catastrophic damage. Recommended as a preventative maintenance upgrade for all Ferrari 355 owners. Fits Ferrari 355 TB and 355 TS — both Motronic 2.7 and Motronic 5.2 variants.
