The Eisenmann Race Performance Exhaust is a handcrafted stainless steel rear exhaust system developed for the BMW F97 X3M and F98 X4M and their twin-turbocharged S58 inline-six. It deletes the factory muffler and valve control in favor of one compact high-flow resonator, maximizing power output and exhaust note while shedding noticeable exhaust weight. The result is a booming presence that builds through the rev range, with pronounced off-throttle burbles on overrun.
Built by hand in Germany from 304 stainless steel by the same company that supplies OEM exhaust systems to Porsche and Mercedes-AMG, the F97 and F98 system is offered exclusively in the Race sound level, with the muffler-delete layout allowing Eisenmann to tune the exhaust note while minimizing restriction. It is finished with 4x100mm black straight-cut tips that add a more dominant look to the rear of the F97 X3M and F98 X4M, and it bolts on at the factory mounting points.
