The Eisenmann Valved Performance Exhaust is a complete handcrafted stainless steel exhaust system developed for the BMW E60 M5 and its naturally aspirated 5.0-liter S85 V10. It combines a center X-pipe, handcrafted rear mufflers and electronically controlled exhaust valves, giving the driver a controlled sport note with the valves closed and a far more aggressive V10 sound with them open.
Built by hand in Germany from 304 stainless steel by the same company that supplies OEM exhaust systems to Porsche and Mercedes-AMG, the system is engineered around the flow and acoustics of the S85. The X-pipe lets the two banks interact for a more unified note as revs rise, while the rear mufflers carry valves driven by the supplied actuators, wiring and control unit. Tips are offered as four 83mm round or four 120x77mm oval outlets, an optional valve remote is available, and the system bolts on at the factory mounting points.
