Installation Notes
One of the quickest upgrades you can make to a G8X M car. Basic hand tools and the Dinan instructions included with the brace are all you need.
- With the engine cool, open the hood and remove any engine bay covers over the factory brace mounts.
- Unbolt and remove the factory steel strut brace, keeping the factory mounting hardware.
- Set the Dinan carbon brace in place on the factory mounting points.
- Reinstall the factory hardware and torque it to the value in the Dinan instructions.
