E46, E90, F30, F80. Different decades, same problem: wheels that sit a little too far inside the arches from the factory. Ten millimeters per side is the subtle fix. It pulls the wheel out toward the fender line without changing wheels, tires or ride height.
Dinan 10mm wheel spacers (part number D210-2039) are machined for the BMW 5x120 bolt pattern and 72.6mm center bore used on E-chassis and F-chassis cars. Each spacer moves the wheel 10mm further from the hub for a fuller stance and extra clearance around brake calipers. You get a pair, enough for one axle.

Bolts are where people get caught out. Every spacer, even a 10mm, needs longer lug bolts, and the thread depends on your chassis. E-chassis cars use M12x1.5 bolts. F-chassis cars use M14x1.25. Vehicle Fitment
Dinan specifies this spacer by chassis family, not by individual model:
- BMW E-Chassis: 5x120 bolt pattern, M12x1.5 lug bolts
- BMW F-Chassis: 5x120 bolt pattern, M14x1.25 lug bolts
Dinan-listed exceptions: the F90 M5, F91 / F92 / F93 M8, F48 X1 and F39 X2 use G-chassis 5x112 fitment and do not take this spacer. This spacer has a 72.6mm center bore. Some large BMWs use a bigger 74.1mm hub bore, including the E39 5 Series, E38 7 Series and the X5 / X6 (E53, E70, E71, F15, F16). Installation Notes
A bolt-on job with a jack, jack stands and a torque wrench. Match the bolt thread to your chassis (M12x1.5 for E-chassis, M14x1.25 for F-chassis) and confirm your wheels use a cone seat before ordering bolts.
- Loosen the wheel bolts, raise the car and support it on jack stands.
- Remove the wheel and clean any rust or debris from the hub face.
- Slide the spacer over the hub pilot so it sits flush against the hub face.
- Mount the wheel and thread in the longer lug bolts by hand.
- Snug the bolts in a star pattern, lower the car and torque to your BMW's factory wheel bolt specification.
- Recheck torque after the first short drive.
