The Dëff Aluminum Fuel Cap Cover is CNC-machined from solid A6061 billet aluminum — the same alloy used in motorsport and aerospace components for its combination of machinability, corrosion resistance, and structural rigidity. Where the factory fuel cap surround is injection-molded plastic that dulls and scratches with age, the Dëff cover is carved from a single aluminum billet with defined edges and machined detail that reads as a genuine manufactured part, not a molded trim piece.

The top section incorporates Toray dry carbon fiber, adding a second material layer and a motorsport-influenced aesthetic detail without meaningful added weight. The anodized surface treatment provides oil and fuel-adjacent chemical resistance, preventing the color shift and surface oxidation that degrade bare aluminum in the filler neck environment. Installation is a clean overlay — no drilling, no permanent modification. The cover seats precisely over the factory fuel cap surround and bonds with high-strength, heat-treated double-sided tape.
