The BMW M Performance welcome light carpet kit replaces your factory projectors with genuine BMW M units. It's a small detail, but it's the first thing you see when you walk up to the car and the last thing when you leave it.

This is BMW part number 63175B61FE0, not an aftermarket copy. Generic logo projectors vary widely in image sharpness, color stability and fit. This kit is built to BMW's own spec and uses model-specific brackets, so it seats in the factory mounting point like the original projector.

Check This Before You Order
This kit replaces an existing factory light. It does not add one. Your car must already have the LED welcome light carpet in the rocker panels from the factory. The easy test: unlock the car at night. If a light pattern shows up on the ground below the doors, you have it and the kit will work. If nothing appears, this kit won't fit your car.

Installation Notes
This is a direct swap for the factory projectors, one on each side. Use a plastic trim tool so you don't scratch the rocker panel paint. Make sure you use the bracket set that matches your model before you start.
- Find the factory welcome light projector on the underside of the rocker panel, below the front door.
- Carefully release the factory projector from its opening and unplug the connector.
- Fit the included bracket that matches your model onto the new M Performance projector.
- Plug the new projector into the factory connector and press it into place until it seats flush.
- Unlock the car to test, then repeat on the other side.
