The knob has the characteristic BMW ///M Tricolor stitching on the shift boot, as well as having ///M tricolor stripes on the side of the knob. The combination of Alcantara, in addition to the smooth and rough-textured aluminum surfaces throughout, provides superior feel when shifting between gears. The knob comes with the necessary wiring to retain the lighted shift pattern feature present on your factory shift knob.
