This BMW M Carbon bucket seat belt protector set from Wunderworks stops it before it starts. It puts a layer of matching leather and Alcantara between the belt and your seat, so the belt wears the protector, not the upholstery.
How the M Carbon Bucket Seat Belt Protector Works
Each protector wraps the upper seat area where the belt makes contact. An integrated snap-button strap holds the factory seatbelt webbing in its correct position, so it stops sliding and rubbing across the bolster every time you get in, get out, or lean into a corner. The belt still works exactly as BMW designed it. It just stops grinding into your seat.

Fits BMW models equipped with factory M Carbon bucket seats:

- BMW M4 Coupe / G82 (2021-2026): M4, M4 Competition, M4 Competition xDrive
- BMW M4 Convertible / G83 (2022-2026): M4 Competition xDrive Convertible
Your car must have the factory M Carbon bucket seats. Does not fit standard M Sport seats, the M4 CSL M Carbon full bucket seats, or the M3 CS and M4 CS. Not yet available for Yas Marina Blue interiors or the G87 M2.
Installation Notes
Installation takes a few minutes per seat with no tools. Choose the color that matches your seat upholstery before you order.
- Position the protector over the upper seat area where the seatbelt makes contact.
- Secure it with the integrated Velcro fastening so it sits snug and flat against the seat.
- Route the factory seatbelt webbing through the snap-button strap and close the snap.
- Buckle and unbuckle a few times to confirm the belt moves freely and retracts normally.
- Repeat on the other seat.
