The factory Sport Exhaust Package on the 992.1 is already a performance unit — valved, quad-exit, and tuned for the flat-six. APR's catback system builds on that foundation with a full T304 stainless construction that cuts total system weight to 17 lbs, down from the PSE's 27 lbs. That 37% weight reduction comes without any sacrifice in flow: the valved exit paths on APR's system are 19% larger than PSE, and the straight-open paths are 66% larger. More sound on demand, less weight hanging off the back of a rear-engined car.
The system fits both base 992.1 Carreras (no PSE) and PSE-equipped cars. Valved operation is retained — quiet mode for daily driving, open configuration for track days and tunnel runs.
