The 992's factory airbox is engineered for emissions compliance and NVH targets, not peak airflow. APR's carbon fiber cold air intake replaces the entire factory unit with a purpose-built sealed enclosure — lightweight, isolated from underhood heat, and optimized for the flat-six's intake pulses. Testing on the 992 Carrera with APR Stage 1 software showed +22 WHP and +22 WFT-LBS at the wheels. On the Turbo S at stock software, gains climbed to +29 AWHP and +27 AWFT-LBS.

The system flows 45% more than stock. Turbo inlet pipes are 9% larger on the 3.0T and 23% larger on the 3.7T; the airbox outlet is 43% larger than factory. Includes turbo inlet pipes, high-flow filter, and all mounting hardware.
