Everything you need to know about shipping outside the United States.

Do you ship to my country?

AutoTecknic ships to many countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your location, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — your country must appear in the shipping address dropdown to be eligible. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we are unable to ship there at this time.

Taxes & Duties: International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their government. We recommend checking with UPS or your local customs authority for an estimate before placing your order.
Using a Freight Forwarder: Our responsibility ends once the package is received by the freight forwarder. They must inspect all contents upon receipt and contact us immediately if any issues arise before forwarding to your location.
What are my payment choices?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as third-party payment services. Orders will not ship until payment has been received and confirmed.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours of receiving payment. Transit time varies depending on the carrier and your destination country.

Need it by a specific date? Contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know if your timeline is achievable and which shipping method to use.
What is the return policy?

AutoTecknic strictly does not accept unauthorized returns. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
