The Eisenmann Inconel Performance Exhaust is a handcrafted rear exhaust system developed for the BMW E92 M3 coupe and BMW E93 M3 convertible and their S65 4.0L V8. It replaces the factory rear muffler with a flow-optimized design that reduces exhaust backpressure and gives the 414 horsepower V8 a fuller, more powerful exhaust note on the street and the racetrack.
Built by hand in Germany by the same company that supplies OEM exhaust systems to Porsche and Mercedes-AMG, this system is crafted from Inconel, an extremely heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant chrome-nickel alloy used at the highest level of motorsport. Inconel allowed Eisenmann to reduce tubing wall thickness from 1.5mm to 0.8mm, and the system bolts on at the factory mounting points with no modification required.
The result is a weight reduction of approximately 40 percent, or about 20 lbs, compared to the stock exhaust system. Stainless steel connecting pipes are included with the rear section.
