Dinan High Performance Heat Exchanger - BMW F30 / F32 330i / 340i / 430i / 440i

The Dinan High Performance Heat Exchanger for the BMW F30/F32 330i, 340i, 430i, and 440i upgrades the factory core with a 48mm thick unit versus the 27mm OEM core, increasing heat transfer surface area by 78%. The additional core thickness requires unique L-shaped end tanks that contribute further to total thermal mass, expanding the system's ability to absorb and dissipate heat beyond what the OEM geometry allows. In testing, the system produced an average 8°C reduction in intake air temperatures with a maximum reduction of 15°C over 15 successive wide-open-throttle pulls. All installation hardware is included, with xDrive-specific transmission oil cooler brackets for the all-wheel-drive variants.
