The Dinan 3-inch High Flow Middle Exhaust replaces the factory center section from the secondary catalysts back to the axleback, deleting both OEM resonators and upgrading from the restrictive hydro-formed factory tubing to 3-inch T304 stainless steel. At the heart of the system sits a hand-fabricated mandrel-bent X-pipe, a meaningful distinction over the stamped X-pipes common in the aftermarket. The mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent interior diameter through the crossover, minimizing restriction and promoting symmetric flow to both exhaust banks. By balancing pressure across both sides of the S58's twin-scroll outputs, the X-pipe eliminates the tonal inconsistencies caused by uneven flow in the stock mid-section, producing a fuller, smoother exhaust note with noticeably increased volume compared to the resonated factory system.
