Dinan Free Flow Axleback Exhaust - Black Tips - BMW G20 M340i / G22 M440i

Fitting the M340i and M440i with quad exhaust tips presented an engineering problem: the factory single-valve system routes all exhaust through the muffler when closed and drops one tip for quiet operation — a method that doesn't scale cleanly to four tips. Dinan's solution is a second valve, giving the system a symmetric 76mm dual-valve configuration that routes flow through both outer pipes when open and forces all gases through the muffler and out the two inner tips when closed. 76mm tubing throughout (vs. 70mm OEM) ensures open-valve operation delivers genuinely straight-pipe-like flow with a deeper, meatier tone. TIG welded, brushed T304 stainless steel, black ceramic quad tips.
