The Dëff Wiz Jacket smart key case is built around DuPont Kevlar aramid fiber — the same material class used in aerospace structures, motorsport applications, and ballistic protection for its combination of low weight and exceptional tensile strength. At approximately five times the strength of steel at a fraction of the mass, aramid fiber wraps the BMW G-series smart key in a case that absorbs impacts, heat, and vibration without adding meaningful bulk to the key fob profile.

Each case is precision-formed to the exact geometry of BMW G-series smart keys, with aramid fiber sections individually laid to preserve dimensional accuracy and the characteristic weave pattern. An anodized aluminum bumper frames the outer perimeter, combining the fiber body's impact absorption with a rigid edge guard that takes direct corner and drop impacts.
