Everything you need to manage your AutoTecknic account.
How do I create an account?
- Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right of our site.
- Enter your email address.
- Select "I am a new customer" and follow the prompts.
Your information is never sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right of our site to update your name, address, email, and other account details.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated before you submit payment. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — you'll be shown all available shipping methods and their costs before you pay.
I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right of our site. Below the login box, click "Forgot your password?" and we'll send a reset link to your email address.
How do I return my product?
Please visit our returns page for full instructions on how to initiate a return.
I received the wrong product.
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the product and we'll make it right.

When will my order ship?
Please check each individual product page for availability details. After placing your order, you can track its status by clicking "My Account / Order Status" at the top of our site. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking information provided within 24–48 hours.
