How do I buy or redeem a gift certificate?

AutoTecknic e-vouchers make the perfect gift for any automotive enthusiast. You can purchase one directly from our store and it will be delivered digitally — no shipping required.

Redeeming a gift certificate: Simply enter your gift certificate code in the discount code field at checkout and the value will be applied to your order automatically.
How do I find my product?

There are a few easy ways to find what you're looking for:

  • Search bar — type in a product name, part number, or keyword to find results instantly.
  • Navigation menu — browse categories from the top navigation to explore our full product range.
  • Shop by Vehicle — use the Shop by Vehicle feature in the top navigation to filter products by your specific make and model. The fastest way to find parts that fit.

How do I use a coupon or discount code?

Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page you'll find a discount code field — enter your coupon code there and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you complete your purchase.

Heads up: Only one discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
How do I know if a part fits my car?

Each product page lists all compatible vehicles. We recommend checking the fitment information before ordering. If you're still unsure whether a part is right for your specific vehicle, our team of experts is here to help.

Can I place an order by phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders over the phone. All orders must be placed directly on our website at autotecknic.com. This policy is in place to protect your personal and payment information and to prevent fraud — keeping your data safe and confidential at all times.
