the difference.
So can we.

Since 2000, AutoTecknic has built carbon fiber parts for enthusiasts who've already been burned by cheap imports — and know exactly what they're looking at when they open the box. We make parts for that person.

Our story

From SoCal roots to global reach.

AutoTecknic was founded in 2000, when the aftermarket industry was still figuring itself out. Back then, "carbon fiber" could mean almost anything — and most of it wasn't good. We started because we believed the enthusiast community deserved better than parts that looked right in photos and fell apart in person.

Twenty-five years later, the market has only gotten noisier. Generic carbon is everywhere — thin weaves, resin-flooded layups, fitment that requires a heat gun and prayers. If you've been in the scene long enough, you've seen it. You might have even bought it once. We're not that. We never have been. Every AutoTecknic product is physically test-fitted on actual vehicles before it enters our catalog. If it doesn't fit the way OEM does, it doesn't ship.

We're based in Southern California — ground zero for car culture in North America — and we're in the community. We attend events, we talk to builders, and we develop products based on what serious enthusiasts actually need, not what's cheapest to produce. That proximity and accountability is what separates us from a warehouse you'll never find on a map.

Every AutoTecknic part is backed by a 1-year warranty — because we're confident enough in what we build to stand behind it. Browse our full catalog or reach out to our team — we're here to help you find exactly what your build needs.

Why AutoTecknic

Yes, you can find cheaper.
Here's why ours is different.

Test-fitted on real cars

Every product in our catalog has been physically test-fitted on actual vehicles before release. No guessing, no "may require modification." If it doesn't fit like OEM, it doesn't ship.

Real carbon. Properly built.

We spec the right material for each application — not the cheapest option. Clear weave, correct resin ratios, proper layer counts. You'll see it and feel it the moment you open the box.

Enthusiast support

Our team knows these platforms. When you reach out, you're talking to people who can actually help — not a ticket system reading from a script. We're in the community because we are the community.

A brand with an address

We're in Rosemead, California. You can find us. That accountability means every product we put our name on has to be something we're proud to stand behind — publicly, permanently. All parts are designed and assembled in the USA, and backed by a 1-year warranty.

Manufacturing & private label

We own the process.
Start to finish.

Here's something most aftermarket brands won't tell you: they don't make anything. They source from overseas factories, slap on a logo, and call it their product. AutoTecknic is different — we control our manufacturing process from raw material to finished part. That's not a marketing line. It's how we guarantee consistency, maintain quality standards, and move fast when something needs to change.

That same manufacturing capability is available to other brands through our private label program. If you need product development, custom tooling, or high-volume production runs under your own brand — our facility can handle it. We hold the brands we manufacture for to the same standard we hold ourselves. If you're looking for a factory to cut corners with, we're not the call to make.

We don't just work with carbon.
We understand it.

Most aftermarket carbon fiber is made with hand layup — dry fabric placed into an open mold, resin applied by hand, compressed under a vacuum bag. It's the lowest barrier to entry in composite manufacturing, and the results reflect that. Inconsistent resin distribution. Variable fiber-to-resin ratios. Surface voids that get buried under clear coat. It looks fine in a photo. It doesn't hold up under scrutiny — or under load.

AutoTecknic operates at a different level. Here's what that actually means:

Autoclave
Pre-preg

Pre-preg fabric arrives with resin already uniformly impregnated into the fiber at controlled ratios — no wet layup, no guesswork. Parts are cured inside an autoclave under both elevated temperature and positive pressure, consolidating the laminate and eliminating voids. The result is the highest fiber volume fraction achievable, exceptional surface definition, and structural consistency that mirrors aerospace-grade production. This is the process behind our most demanding cosmetic and performance components — where weave clarity and dimensional stability are non-negotiable.

Vacuum
Infusion

Dry fiber is placed into a closed mold and resin is drawn through the laminate under vacuum pressure in a controlled, single infusion cycle. Unlike hand layup, infusion produces a consistent fiber-to-resin ratio across the entire part — no dry spots, no resin-rich zones, no variability between production runs. It's a structurally sound process for larger components and high-volume applications where part-to-part consistency is critical. When vacuum infusion is the right process for an application, we use it correctly — not as a cost-cutting shortcut.

Why this matters to your build: The process determines the part. A cosmetic carbon mirror cap and a structural undertray have different mechanical demands — we select the manufacturing method based on what the part actually needs to do, not what's cheapest to run. That's the difference between a manufacturer and a distributor with a logo.
