While we firmly believe this product is either CARB EO exemption eligible or aligns with the EPA's Anti-Tampering Policy, we have not yet completed the required testing and administrative procedures. Therefore, this product cannot be purchased for use in emissions-controlled vehicles located within the state of California. It is also not available for shipment to California addresses unless accompanied by a completed AMS Race Waiver form.
